Members of the United Education Association of Shelby County (UEA) are members of the Tennessee Education Association (TEA) and the National Education Association (NEA). A portion of each members’ dues goes to provide a variety of benefits. Many benefits are managed from the state level, TEA. Others are provided from the NEA.
